This affordable, turnkey, automated check–posting system provides companies like yours the ability to capture images of checks that have been submitted for payment and credits the payment to your customer´s accounts without manual key entry. Our CAR/LAR technology actually "reads" the handwritten amounts of each check, and creates a posting file to export into your billing system. The checks are then converted to an automated ACH transaction and deposited directly to your bank. This decreases the amount of time for returned checks from 2 to 20 days to 72 hours or less.
